A miscommunication about scheduling once resulted in me having to go twice, once for cleaning, and again for the doctor. But, apart from that glitch, everything was pretty impeccable.

The staff is always professional and friendly.

I went in for implants, and I've had several appointments over a period of almost a year. I have been very pleased with my treatment. The staff is very professional, my appointment always starts on time, if not a few minutes earlier. If I had to take medication, the instructions were very clear. The receptionist, Jean, even went out of her way to walk me over to Dr Mills' office.

Both Jean and Xenia are always very friendly, well organized and really professional. Xenia's expertise and her commitment to making sure that my teeth will last for many more years to come, is outstanding.

They are great and always careful not to cause pain.

Great service and supportive staff. Loved it when the doctor used his phone to take a picture of my mouth for documenting the results (which turned out great).
